MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Melody Lakes Mobile Home Community is seeking to fill a Supervisory Maintenance position. This is a full-time position, which offers great benefits such as Paid Time Off, Health Insurance and 401K.

Qualifications include the following:

• 2+ years of plumbing, light electrical repairs, operation of various equipment, customer service, pool maintenance, day to day duties of general maintenance.
• Waste Treatment Plant knowledge and maintaining Golf Course with irrigation is preferred.
• Candidate will also need to be available to be on-call and respond to emergencies.
